What Can You Expect?

Timely repair – in endoscopy, a minor repair, such as a simple angulation adjustment or channel blockage, will be turned around within 24 hours so that you can get right back to managing your caseload. Major repairs are completed and returned within 6 business days.

Loaner Equipment – a repair request for an endoscope shouldn’t mean a disruption in service . Through our strong relationship with Fujinon, Inc., Vantage Endoscopy is able to provide loaner equipment to substitute while your device is repaired so that it's business as usual – even when its not.

Quick Estimates – we are committed to providing same day repair estimates giving you an accurate cost assessment without delay.

Quality Parts and Accessories – we will support equipment sold and serviced through Vantage Endoscopy with original manufacturer (OEM) service parts and consumables validated to perform to original manufacturer specifications.

Expert Service Technicians - We are committed to providing the highest quality customer service and repair and that begins with our people. Members of our technical staff are highly trained and seasoned individuals and are responsive to all customer inquiries. Whether we are at a customer location or within our own central repair facilities, only trained and authorized service technicians will handle your equipment.
